Diving in Jávea
Marine reserves, sea caves and Mediterranean wildlife – Jávea is one of Spain's top scuba diving destinations.
Jávea's coastline is part of the Cabo de San Antonio Marine Reserve, with strict protection that has allowed Mediterranean marine life to flourish. Divers come for the cliff drop-offs, sea caves, abundant fish and exceptional water clarity – often 20 metres of visibility.
Several PADI dive schools operate from the port, offering everything from introductory dives to technical courses and dive trips to nearby Tabarca.
