    Michelin-Starred Restaurants in Jávea

Jávea is one of Spain's most exciting fine-dining destinations, with multiple Michelin-starred restaurants.

For a town of just 28,000 residents, Jávea punches far above its weight for fine dining. BonAmb (two stars) is one of the most awarded restaurants on the Costa Blanca, while seafront Tula holds its own Michelin star and a Bib Gourmand at El Cantonet rounds out the trio.

Tasting menus run from €120 to €230 per person. All require booking well in advance; BonAmb is often fully booked four to six weeks ahead in summer.

    BonAmb (2 Michelin stars)

Chef Alberto Ferruz's creative Mediterranean tasting menu is a 12–18 course journey rooted in local produce, rice and sea. Sister-restaurant ambition with a relaxed Costa Blanca soul.

    Tula (1 Michelin star)

Located right on the seafront promenade with a modern Valencian menu and one of the strongest natural wine lists in Spain. Lunchtime tasting menus offer the best value.

    Bib Gourmand and rising stars

El Cantonet in the old town holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand for excellent value cooking. Several other Jávea chefs feature in the Repsol Sun guide.

    Booking and dress code

Smart casual at all three. Reservations open three months ahead via the restaurant websites. A deposit is usually required.
