In addition, as residents in Jávea, we can help show you around the development and local area, be on-site with you to view the show houses and to help advise you on the buying and legal processes.
If you make a decision to buy you will deal directly with the developers on all contractural and financial matters, and we can represent your interests while you are not here personally. There is no charge for any of our services.
If Villes del Vent is not to be your choice for your permanent or second home in Spain, we can also act for you to find a property that suits your needs from the extensive La Nao property portfolio. If there is nothing immediately suitable, we can monitor new additions and advise you of interesting new properties.
