Will my money be safe?
Yes. All payments are deposited in a special account at the reputable bank BANCAJA (Caja de Ahorros de Valencia, Castellón y Alicante).

A legally approved certificate will be issued for the payments, guaranteeing that the money will be made available to the developer for the purpose of the purchase of the property, and guaranteeing reimbursement of the money plus interest should there be cause to do so.
