Villes del Vent
Villes del Vent is the most ambitious single development ever in Jávea, It is exceptionally well designed and built to a higher specification than any preceding, with light and airy houses, wide roads, hundreds of palm trees and non polluting pavement-level lighting on all but the well-lit perimeter roads. You will find no builder's rubble in your garden - it will all be removed and replaced with deep top soil.

It reflects the growing demands for developments that are sensitive to the environment, in terms of the thermal efficiency of the dwellings and the greenness of the finished site in general. It follows six years of research amongst Spanish people and those within the principle nations that buy second or retirement homes here - British, Dutch, German, French and Swiss.
