| PROJECT DEVELOPMENT Villes del Vent is a project developed by the companies Desarrollo Comercial de Cansades and Promcom Desarrollos Urbanos (see below). Grupo La Nao contributed the original inspiration and concept, and are the project managers. Nao Property, a company within the group, is in charge of marketing the residential complex. Other project partners involved with civil engineering, construction and development include E C HARRIS, ELECNOR, KNAUFF, ALUMAFEL, LOS SERRANOS, ISDE ing, SALONI, GRUPO URALITA, HARAING (quality control laboratories) TEJAS BORJA, and others. DESARROLLO COMERCIAL DE CANSALADES Sociedad Anónima is backed by 5,200,000 Euros of share capital, and was founded with the aim of developing real estate and leisure projects on the Costa Blanca. On May 2001 it was appointed as Developer Agent for the PAI (Integrated Program of Urbanization) of Sector A of Cansalades by the M.I City council of Jávea, with the task to develop a surface area of 465,000 m2 on a Residential Complex Project that has been named “Villes del Vent”.
