| Thermal insulation We have excelled in meeting the highest thermal technical standards for construction and energy saving KG (heat loss coefficient). All exterior walls are constructed with ceramic brick rendered with waterproof mortar, with a cavity filled with thermal insulation and KNAUFF/PLADUR system cladding panels. All interior walls are also fully insulated using the same system. Roofs have a base layer of impermeable material and thermal insulation. Lighting Energy consumption is designed to be highly economical and ecologically friendly. To meet these standards, peripheral street lights are non-contaminating by reflecting light downwards, and interior roads have non-contaminating lamps set into the walls to illuminate the pavements. Gas installation Gas is carried to each house via an underground gas mains grid, connected to a specially constructed gas reservoir. |
