Villes del Vent All houses are built with highly effective insulation to walls and roofs to Northern European standards, backed by quality certification in Great Britain and Germany. They have fully fitted kitchens with all major appliances and separated laundry areas, and a great sense of loftiness and spaciousness throughout the interiors. All have full central heating, a fitted wood-burning stove and chimney, pre-installation for air conditioning, an alarm system, basic domotics (remote control of appliances by phone) and terminals for telephones, broadband and other digital services. Gardens are finished with deep top soil and landscaped with lawns, trees and hedges; swimming pools are optional. The site is approached via an exclusive palm tree lined avenue with direct access to the health spa and sports centre, and all roadsides have traditional hand-made walls built with local stone by local craftsmen.
