Swimming pools are available for most plots at extra cost, currently 22,000 euros. Due to landscaping needs, a few plots are not suitable for a standard pool installation. Every house has a pre-installation for air conditioning in every room, but interior and exterior units are available at extra cost, currently between 5,000 and 7,500 euros depending on model. Prices in euros exclude taxes and legal fees. At current rates, IVA (VAT), land registration and legal fees will add about 10% to the cost. You may also decide to employ the services of your own professional advisor. Connections to mains services will also attract a modest charge, as is normal in Spain. Roads are maintained at the council’s expense, so there is no obligatory community charge. Every attempt is made to keep this site up-to-date with sales and prices, but we cannot guarantee that availability or price at any one time is as stated here. All of the conditions pertaining to this operation will be clearly stated in each sales contract, although we reserve the right to make modifications for technical reasons which might arise in the course of the construction work. |
