If after viewing you would like to buy, but need time for reflection and finance discussions back in the UK, you may pre-reserve a property for a week or so. This is not a commitment to purchase, but we will notify you during that time if someone else wants to commit to an immediate purchase, giving you the first choice to sign the Reservation Agreement.
Payment details
All payments to be by cheque.
Non-Spanish clients will have to provide an NIE number.
Clients will be responsible for bank charges that may arise with payments from a foreign bank account, so
we highly recommend clients to open a bank account in Spain to make payments more simple.
Bank Guarantee
All payments are covered by a legally approved bank guarantee, a sample of which can be viewed by clicking here.
Exceptional circumstances
In the exceptional instance that, after the reservation amount is paid (6,000 euros), your circumstances change and you are no longer in a position to buy, we will refund you the money.
If after the Purchase Contract has been signed and the deposit made and your circumstances change so that you cannot complete the purchase, we will make every endeavour on your behalf to re-sell the property at the original value.

There are three possible colour combinations for wall and floor tiles, and for kitchen worktops and cupboard door fronts.

Swimming pools and air conditioning can be contracted as extra options, as per the technical descriptions.
